News Tajdid, Tanjung Selor – Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Utara (Pemprov Kaltara) melalui Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) melaksanakan tes urine sebagai langkah deteksi dini terhadap penyalahgunaan narkotika di kalangan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN).
Tes yang berlangsung pada Senin (4/11) di Kantor Gubernur Kaltara ini bertujuan untuk memastikan ASN bersih dari narkoba guna menjaga kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Plt. Kepala Kesbangpol Kaltara, H. Abdul Jalil, S.Sos., M.AP., menyampaikan bahwa ASN sebagai penyelenggara pemerintahan harus bebas dari pengaruh narkoba agar mampu menjalankan tugas dengan baik dan menjaga kepercayaan publik.

Tes urine ini melibatkan kurang lebih 40 Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dan 9 Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) dengan target 1.343 ASN yang belum mengikuti tes serupa.
“Kita lakukan tes narkoba untuk memastikan ASN di lingkup Pemprov Kaltara bersih dari narkoba. Ini adalah langkah deteksi dini agar kita bisa memberikan pelayanan terbaik,” ujar Abdul Jalil.
Sebelumnya, tes serupa telah dilakukan terhadap kepala perangkat daerah dan pejabat di BPBD serta Satpol PP.
Tes urine ini juga menyasar pegawai non-ASN, khususnya Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) seperti sopir di setiap OPD. Menurut Abdul Jalil, ASN yang belum mengikuti tes dapat melakukannya secara mandiri di Klinik Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) di Tanjung Palas.
Mereka yang menghindar dari tes akan tetap ditargetkan hingga mendapatkan hasil yang jelas.
Apabila ditemukan ASN yang positif narkoba, sesuai prosedur BNN, mereka akan diarahkan untuk rehabilitasi di panti rehabilitasi. Pemprov Kaltara juga merencanakan program deteksi dini narkoba yang lebih intensif pada tahun depan, bekerja sama dengan BNN Provinsi Kaltara.
“Ini adalah bentuk transparansi dan komitmen kami untuk memastikan pelayanan publik di Kalimantan Utara bersih dari narkoba,” pungkas Abdul Jalil.
