TAJID OFFICIAL, TARAKAN – Ikatan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (IPPAT) Kota Tarakan menggelar Konferensi Daerah (Konferda) yang mencakup wilayah Kota Tarakan dan Kabupaten Nunukan pada Sabtu, (22/2). Acara yang berlangsung di Resto Bukit Bintang ini juga dirangkaikan dengan kegiatan upgrading yang menghadirkan narasumber Alwesius, S.H., M.Kn., dengan tema “Agio Saham dalam Konversi Piutang Menjadi Saham Perseroan Terbatas.”
Ketua panitia, Zulfauzi Hasly, dalam laporannya menyampaikan bahwa Konferda kali ini melibatkan dua daerah, yaitu PPAT Kota Tarakan dan PPAT Kabupaten Nunukan. Kegiatan ini juga didahului dengan sesi upgrading sebagai bagian dari upaya peningkatan kualitas anggota dalam menjalankan kewenangan.
“Kami berharap giat ini bisa memberikan manfaat besar bagi seluruh anggota IPPAT, terutama dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme,” ujarnya.
Ketua IPPAT Kota Tarakan, Rudy Limantra, S.H., berharap agar Konferda ini dapat melahirkan pengurus yang bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan amanah organisasi.
“IPPAT Tarakan dan Nunukan harus bisa melahirkan pengurus yang tidak hanya kompeten tetapi juga mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan notaris serta memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat,” kata Rudy.
Pemerintah Kota Tarakan yang diwakili oleh Asisten II Bidang Perekonomian dan Administrasi Pembangunan, Ajat Jatnika, menyampaikan harapannya agar IPPAT semakin solid sebagai organisasi.
“Kami berharap IPPAT terus berkembang dan semakin profesional dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Pemkot Tarakan akan selalu terbuka untuk berkolaborasi demi pelayanan masyarakat yang lebih baik,” ungkap Ajat.
“Semoga kualitas pelayanan PPAT dapat terus dijaga dan ditingkatkan. Pemerintah Kota Tarakan juga berharap organisasi ini dapat berkontribusi dalam optimalisasi pendapatan daerah yang erat kaitannya dengan profesi PPAT,” tambahnya.
Lebih lanjut, Pemkot Tarakan menegaskan komitmennya untuk terus membuka komunikasi dengan IPPAT dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik. Pemkot juga mengajak para notaris untuk turut serta dalam berbagai program pemerintah daerah.

Ketua Wilayah IPPAT Kalimantan Timur, Maria Astuti, dalam sambutannya menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara IPPAT dengan pemerintah daerah. Ia menyebut bahwa berbagai daerah menghadapi permasalahan yang sama, terutama dalam hal administrasi pertanahan di Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN), termasuk proses peralihan hak, jual beli, hibah, dan wasiat yang membutuhkan validasi dari Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bapeda).
“Kita harus terus meningkatkan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait agar pelayanan kepada masyarakat lebih efisien dan transparan,” ujar Maria.
“IPPAT memiliki kontribusi penting dalam pendapatan daerah, terutama dalam pajak yang disetorkan. Oleh karena itu, pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat harus menjadi fokus utama kita bersama,” tambahnya.
Ia juga berharap agar IPPAT dapat lebih aktif berkoordinasi dengan DPR, instansi pajak, dan pemerintah kota maupun kabupaten. Menurutnya, keterlibatan IPPAT dalam proses administrasi pertanahan akan semakin memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan layanan yang transparan dan efisien.
Konferda dan upgrading ini menjadi momentum penting bagi IPPAT Kota Tarakan dan Kabupaten Nunukan dalam memperkuat perannya di tengah masyarakat. Dengan adanya peningkatan kapasitas dan sinergi yang lebih baik, diharapkan organisasi ini dapat semakin berkontribusi bagi pembangunan daerah.
Kegiatan upgrading yang digelar sebelum Konferda bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kapasitas anggota IPPAT dalam memahami aspek hukum dan teknis dalam profesi mereka. (*)
