Pimpinan Wilayah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (PWNA) Kalimantan Utara menggelar Kajian Nasyiah Special Ramadhan pada Ahad, 08 Maret 2026. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh PWNA Kalimantan Utara ini berlangsung secara daring melalui Google Meet mulai pukul 10.00 WITA hingga selesai.
Kajian bertema “Membangun Kemandirian Spiritual Selama Ramadhan” ini diikuti oleh anggota dan simpatisan Nasyiatul Aisyiyah se-Kalimantan Utara. PWNA Kalimantan Utara secara khusus mengundang Bunda Mardiana, M.Pd., Ketua Pimpinan Wilayah Aisyiyah Kalimantan Utara, untuk mengisi materi pada kajian tersebut.
Dalam pemaparannya, Bunda Mardiana menegaskan bahwa Ramadhan bukan sekadar bulan ibadah rutin, melainkan madrasah pembentukan jiwa. Ia menyampaikan bahwa Allah melatih setiap muslim di bulan ini untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual yang mandiri, yakni kemampuan menjaga hubungan dengan Allah tanpa harus selalu didorong oleh lingkungan. Hal ini diperkuat dengan firman Allah dalam QS. Al-Baqarah ayat 183.
Bunda Mardiana menguraikan bahwa kemandirian spiritual adalah kemampuan seorang muslimah untuk menjaga ibadah tanpa disuruh, tetap taat walau tidak ada yang melihat, menguatkan diri saat iman turun, serta menjadikan Allah sebagai sandaran utama hidup. Ia menegaskan bahwa muslimah yang mandiri secara spiritual tidak menggantungkan kekuatan hatinya pada manusia, melainkan hanya kepada Allah.
Ia juga menjelaskan tiga alasan mengapa Ramadhan menjadi waktu terbaik membangun kemandirian spiritual, yaitu kuatnya lingkungan ibadah, berkurangnya godaan setan, serta pahala yang dilipatgandakan. Ketiga kondisi ini dinilai sebagai momentum emas yang harus dimanfaatkan sebaik mungkin oleh setiap muslimah.
Bunda Mardiana kemudian memaparkan empat pilar kemandirian spiritual muslimah di Ramadhan, meliputi kemandirian ibadah, kemandirian menjaga hati dan akhlak, kemandirian mengelola waktu, serta kemandirian menghadapi ujian hidup. Ia mencontohkan Khadijah binti Khuwailid dan Fatimah binti Rasulullah sebagai teladan muslimah yang kokoh secara spiritual di tengah berbagai tantangan kehidupan.
Narasumber juga berbagi cara praktis membangun kemandirian spiritual di Ramadhan, di antaranya membuat target ibadah pribadi seperti tilawah satu juz per hari dan qiyamul lail minimal dua rakaat, menyediakan waktu khalwat bersama Allah, mengurangi distraksi media sosial, serta menjadikan doa sebagai kekuatan hidup. Ia mengingatkan bahwa waktu Ramadhan sangat berharga dan tidak boleh habis hanya untuk memasak, bermain media sosial, dan tidur.
Kajian ditutup dengan tiga pertanyaan refleksi yang mengajak peserta merenungi kualitas ibadah mereka selama Ramadhan. PWNA Kalimantan Utara berharap kegiatan ini mampu menguatkan semangat seluruh muslimah untuk membangun kemandirian spiritual yang tidak hanya tumbuh di bulan Ramadhan, tetapi juga terjaga pada sebelas bulan berikutnya.
